MANUFACTURING ASSEMBLER (KITTING) – 1ST SHIFT | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Covington, GA – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $15.50/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday - Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
- overtime may be requested
MANUFACTURING ASSEMBLER (KITTING) – 1ST SHIFT | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Manufacturing Assembler (Kitting) will support production by performing kitting/line work, moving materials/pallets as needed, and completing routine assembly and inspection tasks while following established SOPs and quality guidelines.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

MANUFACTURING ASSEMBLER (KITTING) – 1ST SHIFT | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform kitting and basic assembly tasks on a production line in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
- Move materials, parts, assemblies, and pallets in/out of the work area (some roles are “heavy” line + pallet movement; some are “light” line-only)
- Sort and inspect materials/parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Accurately read rulers/measurements and maintain required quality records/documentation
- Follow SOPs and safety/quality guidelines; work effectively in a team environment
MANUFACTURING ASSEMBLER (KITTING) – 1ST SHIFT | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days; strict attendance policy and attendance is mandatory daily
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or quality role
- Overtime: Must be able to work overtime when requested
- Basic Skills: Ability to read/write/understand documents in English; basic math; general computer skills; strong attention to detail
- Physical: Able to perform repetitive motion and frequent standing/walking/stooping/reaching; may require lifting/moving 50+ lbs
- Work Environment: Moderate-to-loud noise; can be hot in summer (no A/C) and cold in winter (limited heating)
