ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Sandy UT 84070  – 100% On-site
• Payrate: $17.50/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (2nd Shift)

ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Assembler will support the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows procedures closely, and thrives in a team-based manufacturing environment.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble, test, and package medical devices according to defined procedures
• Set up, operate, perform basic maintenance on, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
• Conduct quality inspections on the production line to ensure product meets specifications
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines at all times
• Rotate between tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) required
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to use basic measurement tools (e.g., microscopes)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible or extended hours as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity
