ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Zelienople PA 16063 – 100% On-site
• Payrate: $17/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM

ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Assembler will support the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. This is a great entry-level opportunity—no prior experience required, training provided. Candidates with basic hand tool knowledge will thrive in this role.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot basic equipment
• Conduct quality inspections in accordance with established specifications
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
• Accurately document work and perform basic math calculations
• Work collaboratively in a team-based manufacturing environment
• Rotate between tasks and responsibilities as needed

ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) required
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (not required)
• Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible or extended hours if needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to use basic measurement tools (including microscopes)
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
