Job Title: Assistant Operations I

Job Description:
- Coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment in collaboration with pharmacy staff.
- Maintain warehouse stock in a clean and organized manner.
- Conduct physical inventory and daily cycle counts for shipping materials.
- Restock pharmacy packing areas and receive supplies and inventory.
- Retrieve shipping documents and labels, organize them for picking, and assist with packing and shipping procedures.
- Track shipped packages, ensure delivery receipt, and report undelivered items.
- Manage inventory levels, place purchase orders, and reconcile inventory balances under pharmacist supervision.
Critical Information:
- Shift: Monday-Thursday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM; Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM.
- Remote/On-site: Onsite as needed.
- Safety sensitive role with warehouse security and possible exposure to hazardous materials.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Physical demands include reaching, twisting, bending, and turning.
- Requires high school diploma or GED.
Education/Licenses Needed:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of packing and shipping with national carriers.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack preferred.
- Experience with MS Word and Excel; data entry skills helpful.
- Pharmacy technician license or training certification required by state pharmacy regulations.
Benefits: Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
