BPO Program Management Specialist III – Medical Device Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $45.14 per hour (W2).

BPO Program Management Specialist III – Medical Device Highlights

  • This is a contract position , not contract-to-hire.

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours.

  • Location: 100% Remote (San Diego, CA candidates preferred).


BPO Program Management Specialist III – Medical Device Responsibilities

  • Scope and plan projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project or similar tools.

  • Track progress, budget, and burn rate to ensure projects stay on track.

  • Prepare and deliver management reports on project milestones, risks, and outcomes.

  • Support cross-functional teams in adopting project tracking technologies.

  • Ensure adherence to company’s project execution and quality assurance methods.

  • Provide mentoring or training on PPM software to BD associates as needed.

BPO Program Management Specialist III – Medical Device Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related analytical field.

  • 6+ years of project management experience.

  • 2–3 years of hands-on PM experience required (certification not required).

  • 1–2 years of customer-facing experience preferred.

  • Experience in a shared services or BPO environment strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Project, Project Server, or similar tools is required.

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across diverse teams and functions.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

BPO Program Management Specialist III – Medical Device Remote Work Requirements

  • Must be able to work remotely full-time, aligned to Pacific Time (San Diego, CA).

  • Maintain regular, reliable attendance and manage time independently.

  • Must be comfortable working in a virtual, team-driven environment.
