Job Description:
This position is responsible for connecting clients with the full range of financial solutions offered by the bank to help achieve their financial goals. Key responsibilities include balancing service requests and sales opportunities, providing subject matter expertise on financial solutions, understanding clients’ life and financial goals through probing questions, and pairing tailored solutions and services to meet client needs.

Client Solutions Specialist Schedule & Location:

• Schedule: Flexible schedule with weekends and holidays required.
• Location: Call center environment. (THIS IS ONSITE IN PHOENIX, AZ)

Client Solutions Specialist Salary/Wage:
$24-$26/hour with a comprehensive suite of benefits, including tuition reimbursement, dependent care reimbursement, 401(k), and PTO offerings.

Client Solutions Specialist Duties:

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending suitable products, services, and solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with customized solutions.
• Sell and fulfill banking products, including checking/savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans.
• Identify client needs for licensed sales functions and make referrals to appropriate Line of Business partners.
• Quote rates, terms, and programs for various banking solutions.
• Manage risk in all business, product, and service transactions using available tools.

Client Solutions Specialist Required Qualifications:

• Displays passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients’ financial lives.
• Commitment to teamwork and flexibility in working schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and share options using plain language while building rapport and managing objections.
• Comfortable with ongoing feedback, coaching, change, and learning new technologies/processes.
• Intermediate proficiency with computers.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Client Solutions Specialist Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in the banking/financial industry.
• Experience working in a call center.
• Experience in telephone sales.

Client Solutions Specialist Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a call center environment for extended periods.

Client Solutions Specialist Education:

• Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
