Job Title: Behavioral Health Project Assistant

Key Details:

  • Location: Remote (Must reside in Pennsylvania)
  • Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday
  • Flexible scheduling may be available with supervisor approval.

Compensation: $39,520 annually

Position Overview:

This job is supervised by a Public Health Program Manager (PHPM). The Behavioral Health Project Assistant works closely with their supervisor, other managers, the Program Director, and team members. They will also update their supervisor about how projects are going.

The Behavioral Health Project Assistant’s main tasks include:

  • Helping create program dashboards (a tool to see project progress).
  • Making spreadsheets to track projects.
  • Writing easy-to-follow guides for the program.
  • Working with other staff and teams to meet project goals.
  • Acting as the organizer, leader, and contact person for other groups and staff on several projects.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Preferred: minimum of two (2) years' experience with project management which includes managing a project ensuring that it is on schedule, within scope, and adherence to the budget.
  • Experience planning and implementing community outreach programs, coordinates events, tracks progress, and collaborates with various stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting project managers with organizing tasks, tracking project timelines, and handling documentation and communication needs.
  • Experience working with behavioral health teams to support clients, track progress, and contribute to team-based project planning.
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Office Suite
