A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Behavioral Healthcare Provider in Lebanon, OH (45036).
The Behavioral Healthcare Provider would be working for a reputable organization and has career growth potential. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no weekends or holidays. Overtime is not approved for this role.

Behavioral Healthcare Provider Compensation
- The pay for this position is $30.00 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. No weekends or holidays. Overtime is not approved.
- Perform psychosocial interventions with clients within the scope of practice.
- Conduct individual, family, or group interventions, including counseling, testing, and education.
- Develop intervention goals and objectives to educate and resolve client problems in functioning.
- Participate in the establishment, implementation, and evaluation of treatment system goals.
- Interview clients and their families to establish case goals and objectives.
- Assess clients, determine intervention techniques, and monitor treatment responses.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of prescribed treatments.
- Evaluate cases and client progress from treatment plans.
- Maintain necessary documentation to meet federal, state, and local requirements.
- Prepare social histories, admission/aftercare summaries, and court documents.
- Serve on treatment and program development teams.
- Attend training, departmental meetings, and court hearings as necessary.
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up services by maintaining relationships with other facilities and agencies.
- Must hold one of the following licenses:
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC)
- Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor II (LCDC II)
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT)
- Registered Nurse with a specialty in Mental Health or Psychiatric Nursing (with additional qualifications as listed in the job description).
- Completion of continuing professional education for license renewal per Ohio Revised Code.
- Knowledge of departmental policies, government regulations, counseling techniques, client care, and crisis intervention.
- Ability to counsel on sensitive matters, recognize unusual conditions, and take appropriate actions.
- Advanced experience in mental health and counseling fields.
- May involve exposure to potentially violent clients, unusual noise, odors, or contagious diseases.
- May require travel to community sites under contract with the Department of Mental Health.
