Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Healthcare Provider to join our statewide team. This role is critical in providing comprehensive behavioral health services focused on prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will operate independently within their licensed scope of practice, often serving as a lead worker or liaison to community support agencies.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a lead provider over lower-level behavioral healthcare staff.

Independently develop and implement client treatment plans.

Coordinate client care cycles including admissions, assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans.

Deliver intervention services to clients with acute and complex needs.

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
-
Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of behavioral health programs.

Create and revise intervention techniques to support client behavior change.
-
Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting as necessary.

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Actively participate in treatment team meetings, training, and policy development sessions.

Foster collaborative relationships with external agencies and service providers.
Minimum Qualifications
Must possess one of the following active Ohio licenses:

Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Licensed

Registered Nurse with a certificate of authority as a Clinical Nurse Specialist or Certified Nurse Practitioner (with a Mental Health or Psychiatry specialization)
Additional Requirements:

Must complete ongoing continuing education required for license renewal.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.

Comfortable working with individuals who may exhibit violent behavior or be exposed to challenging environmental conditions.

Willingness to travel to community sites and facilities across Ohio.
