Job Description
- Develops, coordinates, implements and provides interdisciplinary services for health and illness.
- Independently provides behavioral healthcare services within credentialed scope of practice.
- Acts as lead worker or liaison to other support agencies.
- Coordinates admission, assessment, evaluation, and treatment plans of client's care cycle.
- Provides crisis intervention and manages complex cases.
- Participates in establishing, implementing, and directing behavioral healthcare programs.
- Evaluates and modifies treatment systems based on client progress.
- No weekends or holidays unless voluntarily working overtime.
- Must clear a metal detector; no underwire bras allowed.
- All Male Facility with multiple buildings; walking required.

- Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT) by the appropriate Ohio boards.
- Licensed Registered Nurse with certificate as a Clinical Nurse Specialist or Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Mental Health or Psychiatry.
