• The pay for this position is $38 to $40 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. No weekends or holidays
Behavioral Healthcare Provider (LISW or LPCC) Job Summary/Description
• The Behavioral Healthcare Provider develops, coordinates, implements, and provides interdisciplinary services focused on behavioral and biomedical science, relevant to health and illness, including prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.
• Independently provides services within the credentialed scope of practice and serves as lead worker or liaison to other support agencies (public or private).
Behavioral Healthcare Provider (LISW or LPCC) Responsibilities
• Act as lead worker over lower-level behavioral healthcare providers or independently develop and implement treatment plans for clients.
• Coordinate admission, assessment, evaluation, and treatment plans of clients.
• Provide interventions with acute, more complex clients and handle cases with numerous factors, providing crisis intervention.
• Participate in establishing, implementing, and directing behavioral healthcare programs and treatment system objectives.
• Develop and design treatment intervention techniques and procedures, evaluate and modify treatment systems to respond to client progress and behavior changes.
• Evaluate performance of lower-level behavioral healthcare providers, ensuring adherence to prescribed treatment plans and maintaining required documentation.
• Serve as an active member of treatment teams, training sessions, department procedure meetings, and policy review meetings.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with other facilities, agencies, and support services to coordinate referrals and follow-up services.
Behavioral Healthcare Provider (LISW or LPCC) Requirements
• Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) required. (LSW is not acceptable).
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

• Experience working with behavioral healthcare programs or treatment systems.
