Behavioral Healthcare Provider Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $28-$30 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Behavioral Healthcare Provider Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Behavioral Healthcare Provider Responsibilities

  • Within scope of practice, performs psychosocial interventions with clients
  • Performs individual, family, or group intervention (e.g., counseling, testing & education of the client)
  • Develops intervention goals and objectives designed to give education and resolve client's problems in functioning
  • Participates in process of establishing, implementing, and evaluating treatment system's goals and objectives
  • Interviews clients and client's family to establish case goals and objectives
  • Assesses clients and determines specific intervention techniques for clients and monitors client's responses to treatment systems

Behavioral Healthcare Provider Requirements

  • Must have one of the following licenses in Ohio:
    • Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Social Work (LSW)
    • Chemical Dependency Counselor II (LCDCII)
    • Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT)
    • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • BLS or CPR certification required
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
