A-Line Staffing is now hiring WFH Benefits Call Center Representative in San Diego, California 92108. The Call Center Representative would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.


***Need to reside in San Diego, CA area but will be remote***

Call Center Representative Compensation/Schedule

  • The pay for this position is $17.00 per hour.
  • *Must live in San Diego or surrounding area but will be remote!*
  • The required availability for this position Must be flexible between 6a-8p / Must be within 2 Hours San Diego, CA
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Call Center Representative Responsibilities

  • This role involves managing customer relationships, working in a high-volume environment, and providing a great customer experience to drive loyalty.
  • Your goal as a Customer Service Representative is to be an advocate for our participants and assist them with enrollment questions, applications, general concerns, and questions about their accounts.
  • You will spend approximately 95% of your day in phone conversations exercising patience, kindness, and expertise.
  • Your goal as an ACSR is to use a consultative approach to finalize the participants application in a structured process and clearly articulate application verbiage to meet legal requirements.
  • Your goal as a CSR is to be an advocate for our participants and assist them with enrollment issues, applications, broad questions, and concerns, and facilitating their Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA)
