- Quickly build rapport and respond to Spanish-speaking customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations.
- Customize customer service approach to meet various member communication styles while maintaining professionalism.
- Safeguard confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws.
- Translate complex plan information into simple explanations for customers.
- Read and understand clients' plan documents while anticipating future member needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge and compliance with company and client procedures.
- Maintain and document complete and accurate call and case notes in English.
- Regularly participate in team meetings and training.
- Communicate and collaborate with colleagues in a respectful manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
