Benefits Customer Service Representative Summary and Highlights:
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Benefits Customer Service Representative Details:
- Location: MUST live within 2 hours of Pittsburgh, PA 15222 – on site 1st day
- Payrate: $16.50+/hr – depending on bilingual status
- Required Availability: Mon-Fri 8-hour shift between 8a-9p, 32 to 40 hours per week, possible OT
Benefits Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :
- Adhere to all pertinent local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Perform sanitation and maintenance of the cleanroom area.
- Perform sanitation, maintenance, and tracking of infusion equipment.
- Perform pharmaceutical infusion compounding activities. Participate in pharmacy quality control and performance improvement activities.
- Perform pharmacy inventory control.
- Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.
- Other duties as assigned; Job duties may vary by location.
Benefits Customer Service Rep Requirements:
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
- Attendance mandatory for first 90 days
- Call center experience preferred
- Looking for English Speaking candidates or Bilingual in Spanish or French (Paid .75 Cents more if Bilingual, Fully Fluent in Spanish or French)
