Medicaid/Medicare Enrollment Coordinator Summary and Highlights:
The Enrollment Coordinators play a critical role in working with new member clients to determine eligibility and perform various enrollment activities. Enrollment Coordinators interface with both individual plan members and employer group and requires a strong focus around accurate and timely customer support to ensure client enrollment and retention.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Medicaid/Medicare Enrollment Coordinator Details and Compensation:
- Location: Remote - EST
- Payrate: $20
- Required Availability: Mon-Fri EST, flexible schedule
Medicaid/Medicare Enrollment Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Processing enrollment of Medicare members including first-time enrollment and member modifications
- Manage work activities in your work queue (i.e. enrollment missing information, enrollment with effective date change)
- Interface with other system applications for research and, where applicable, updating them with actions/outcomes of enrollment activity
- Update Excel spreadsheets to track workflow of various special assigned projects
- Outbound Enrollment Verification member calls
- Answer incoming agent/broker calls regarding special needs (low income) enrollment plans
- Post Enrollment functions such as determining member paid penalties
- Meet monthly established quality and productivity goals on a consistent basis
- Follow work instructions
Medicaid/Medicare Enrollment Coordinator Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Attendance mandatory for first 90 days
- 1+ year of Enrollment processes or previous work experience in regulatory environment
- Understanding of Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for Medicare Part D and C
- Understanding of basic healthcare terminology and definitions, such as HIPAA
- Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook are a plus
