Title: Benefits Invoicing Coordinator

Location: New York, NY – Midtown

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST

The Benefits Invoicing Coordinator is responsible for program cost reporting (Financial Manager Reporting), responding to inquiries from corporate accounting and vendors, and supporting vendor self-billing/invoice payment processes and program funding. Additional position duties include:

  • Assisting in preparing monthly financial manager reports and required Corporate Accounting reporting, including reconciling fees/charges by identifying errors in reporting
  • Preparing requests for payment with all supporting documentation, obtaining appropriate approvals and processes, following company procedures
  • Receiving, researching, and resolving internal and external inquiries concerning account statuses, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate parties
  • Filing and maintaining payment documents, records, and reports
  • Handling all vendor billing correspondence via phone or email

Position Qualifications:

  • An understanding of HR and/or payroll systems and tools that support the benefits function
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in the use of relevant PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with all levels of management and employees
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work efficiently independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with the Oracle platform preferred
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in HR or other relevant field preferred
