A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Bilingual Healthcare Consultant I – Miami Dade (Remote/Field) in Miami-Dade County, FL. This is Full-Time 40 hours per week with a Major Fortune 500 Healthcare company.

Required Qualifications:

Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Healthcare Consultant I to support case management activities for members in Miami-Dade County. This role is a combination of remote work and field-based visits, requiring frequent travel within designated zip codes. The assignment runs from 04/06/2026 through 07/04/2026 and is temp to perm, with the opportunity to extend or convert to a permanent role based on business needs.

Compensation & Position Highlights:

  • Pay Rate: $34.13/hour - This is a set pay rate must be comfortable with this rate of pay.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Benefits available after 90 days of employment
  • 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service

Work Location & Travel Requirements:

  • Must reside in or near one of the following Miami-Dade County zip codes: 33010, 33012, 33013, 33014, 33015, 33016, 33018
  • Remote (work from home) when not in the field
  • Up to 75% travel required for in-home visits, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes
  • Must have reliable transportation

Position Summary:

  • The Healthcare Consultant I is responsible for coordinating case management activities for members enrolled in long-term care programs. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and monitoring care plans to support member health outcomes through both telephonic and face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive member assessments using clinical tools and data review
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on member needs
  • Coordinate care with primary care providers, specialists, and community resources
  • Manage a caseload that includes medically complex and high-need members
  • Facilitate services such as prior authorizations, provider coordination, and medication review
  • Provide condition management education and connect members to support services
  • Monitor care plan progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Conduct multidisciplinary reviews to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Identify and escalate quality of care concerns
  • Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to drive member engagement
  • Empower members to make informed healthcare decisions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Long-term care experience
  • Experience working with Medicaid populations
  • Familiarity with care coordination for elderly or medically complex populations

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable with both telephonic and in-person member interactions
  • Ability to manage a high-volume, complex caseload
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
  • Training will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams (1–2 weeks)
