Overview:
We are hiring Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representatives to support clients with credit and short-term lending needs. This role involves handling inbound calls, identifying financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
Highlights:
- Onsite role in Rio Rancho, NM
- Pay Rate: $28/hour
- Start Date: May 4, 2026
- Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM MT
- Various schedules available after training (including weekends/holidays)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls related to credit and lending needs
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial products/services
- Assist with credit cards, lending, checking, and savings accounts
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
- Refer clients to appropriate departments for licensed services
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage risk in all transactions
- Deliver a positive customer experience through active listening and problem-solving
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish (required)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Banking or financial services experience preferred
- Call center experience required
- Telephone sales experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to identify client needs and recommend solutions
- Comfortable with sales, objections, and performance feedback
- Intermediate computer skills
- Flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays)
