Bilingual Pharmacist Compensation                           

  • The pay for this position is $55-$60 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Bilingual Pharmacist Highlights

  • The required availability for this position is Monday-Thursday 9am to 5:30pm

Bilingual Pharmacist Responsibilities

  • 300 fills on a daily basis with over 100 patients walk in the rest are shipped
  • Prepare and compound medications according to prescriptions and established procedures
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of compounded medications
  • Maintain inventory of pharmaceutical ingredients and supplies
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication management

Bilingual Pharmacist Requirements

  • Current Pharmacist license active and in good standing in the state of practice
  • Spanish speaking required
  • 1-2 years’ experience
  • Compounding experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
