Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Banker
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Position Summary
We are seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced banking call center. In this role, you'll assist clients with their financial needs, provide exceptional customer service, recommend banking products, and build lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve banking inquiries.
- Assist clients with checking, savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loan products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
- Refer clients to specialized banking partners when needed.
- Educate customers on banking products, rates, and services.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
Preferred Experience
- Banking or financial services.
- Call center environment.
- Telephone sales or customer service.
Training Start Date: October 5, 2026
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
