Billing Specialist Compensation

  • The pay for this position is 19.50 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

Billing Specialist Highlights

  • The required availability for this position is Mon-Friday 8-4pm 
  • Starting the week of July 9th, tth

Billing Specialist Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for ensuring the timely submission of pharmacy benefit claims. To achieve this, the Billing Specialist will be responsible in communicating with varies different payers and insurance processors to resolve accounts receivable claims for reimbursement.

Billing Specialist Requirements

  • Experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Medical Billing
  • 0-2 years of pharmacy billing experience
  • 1 year experience working with healthcare reimbursement systems
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
