Job Title: Building Services Technician
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Location: Exton, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Shift: Second Shift
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Job Requirements
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience operating commercial cleaning/floor-care equipment is preferred.
- Ability to operate and maintain floor scrubbers, buffers, stripping machines, and vacuums.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to follow established procedures and safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain accurate inspection and maintenance records.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Must follow all applicable safety, security, and environmental procedures.
Additional Information
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the entire facility using approved methods and materials.
- Perform vacuuming, dusting, mopping, trash removal, recycling, and window cleaning.
- Perform floor care and resurfacing.
- Operate and maintain auto floor scrubbers, burnishing buffers, stripping machines, and vacuums.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities within Controlled Environment Areas.
- Support the Maintenance Department with indoor and outdoor building services as needed.
- Complete entries in inspection record logbooks accurately.
- Follow established work procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with training and integration of new employees.
- Communicate relevant information and work effectively with team members.
- Report safety, security, environmental, or equipment concerns to management.
