Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in our Medicare Next Generation Platform Team. If you have over six years of experience and are eager to contribute to the evolution of Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange Enrollment Operations, this opportunity is for you.

As a key member of our team, you'll spearhead the integration of new functionalities while ensuring the stability of existing ones. Your expertise in data analysis will be essential for driving insights and optimizing our platform's performance.

This role operates within an Agile framework as part of the Medicare/Medicaid/Exchange Enrollment Configuration team, focusing on developing tailored capabilities for our NextGen platform. You'll be responsible for analyzing requirements, overseeing membership integration, and ensuring seamless reconciliation within the Agile framework.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in enrollment and eligibility platforms, with proficiency in PLSQL. Experience in software development or configuration related to Medicare/Medicaid/Exchange Enrollment is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into comprehensive Business Requirements and Functional Specifications, ensuring end-to-end traceability.
  • Utilize SQL/PLSQL for intermediate-level data analytics.
  • Conduct impact analysis of configuration changes on business processes and technology.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data models and interface design specifications.
  • Drive project activities within designated timelines and budgets, flagging potential issues proactively.
  • Adhere to SDLC or Agile methodologies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop documentation and training materials to support implementation activities.
  • Facilitate meetings, conduct research, and assist the Product Owner as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience with PLSQL, SQL Server, and/or Oracle databases.
  • 4-6 years of experience in software development lifecycles, including detailed analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Proficiency in various analytical techniques and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Additional 2-4 years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, or Exchange Enrollment Operations.
  • Leadership skills, including accountability, strategic development, and fostering compliance culture.
  • Experience in driving innovation and justifying business cases for technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing change within complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at senior levels within an organization.
