What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate new business (calls, LinkedIn, email, networking)
- Schedule and lead meetings with hiring managers, HR, and procurement leaders
- Close new client partnerships and grow accounts
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Partner with recruiting to deliver results for clients
- Represent A-Line at industry events and networking opportunities
What Success Looks Like
- 6–10 qualified meetings per month
- 2–4 new client wins per quarter
- Growing recurring revenue across multiple accounts

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing, SaaS, payroll, insurance, logistics, etc.)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding goals
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Highly organized and CRM disciplined
Compensation & Growth
- Base Salary: $55,000–$70,000
- Uncapped Commission
- Realistic Year 1 Earnings: $75K–$120K+
- Top Performers: $120K–$150K+
