Job Description: Reporting to the Business Process Director and Team Lead, the Business Process Analyst will provide daily support for websites. This role primarily involves offering internal and external customer support, reconciling daily settlement activities, facilitating the implementation of new programs and processes, mitigating risks, and monitoring vendor activities and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure superior customer experience by promptly and professionally handling escalations from our support mailbox.
  • Provide key customer support to ensure we consistently exceed their expectations.
  • Utilize operational and settlement/payment expertise to support the implementation of new processes or enhancements to existing ones.
  • Monitor and reconcile settlement/payment activities daily, promptly resolving any discrepancies.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks and issues to leadership.
  • Maintain and update desk policies and procedures as needed.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues effectively to identify customer solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate high levels of motivation, performance, and personal integrity aligned with our corporate values.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and make recommendations or implement solutions.
  • Dependable and reliable with a positive and cooperative attitude.
