Job Description
  • Ensure loans are closed and documented in accordance with the Citizens credit approval procedure.
  • Accurately book loans into the loan accounting system.
  • Manage a loan pipeline of 25-30 transactions, communicating status and conditions to partners and customers.
  • Perform due diligence tasks and review operational risk components prior to closing or funding loans.
  • Work with sales partners, customers, and legal counsel to clear pre-closing conditions.
  • Manage and clear post-closing legal documentation exceptions in compliance with bank policy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Critical Information
  • Hours: 40 per week, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
  • Flexible - works 4 days or less in the office.
Education/Licenses Needed
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a business/commercial lending environment.
