Care Coordination Department Manager Highlights
- Pay: $30.53-$36.78 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts
- Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
- Work Setting: Onsite position
- Type: Full-time contract role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Care Coordination department, ensuring efficient daily operations and effective team management.
- Lead acute inpatient case management with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and quality standards.
- Manage and support staff in a union environment, fostering strong and collaborative working relationships.
- Ensure adherence to perioperative standards, compliance requirements, and organizational policies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to improve departmental performance and patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active nursing license (RN required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of Care Coordination management/operations experience required.
- Previous acute inpatient case management leadership experience required.
- Expert knowledge of perioperative standards and compliance specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
