Home Health CNA | Details and Compensation:
  • Location: Tuscaloosa, AL 35404 – 100% local travel required (6-10 visits per day),
  • Payrate: $23.49/hr + mileage
  • Required Availability: Mon-Fri 8a-5p

Home Health CNA | Summary and Highlights:

The Home Health CNA position requires 100% local travel required (6 visits per day), and is focused on providing assistance at non-residential care facilities.
  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Home Health CNA | Responsibilities:
  • Assist the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities with daily living activities at the person's home or in a care facility.
  • Duties may include keeping house, making beds, doing laundry, washing dishes, and preparing meals.
  • Advise families regarding nutrition, cleanliness, and household activities.

Home Health CNA | Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (Verifiable) – Associate degree preferred.
  • Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
  • VALID CNA License required.
  • Must have VALID CPR/BLS certification.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance.
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification
  • Reliable transportation for daily travel
