Job Title: CT Scan Technician (CT Tech)
Location: Morristown NJ 07960
Shift / Hours: Depending on hospital needs
Pay: $63.00 - $65.00 per hour
Scheduled Pay: Bi-Weekly
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Short term disability after 90 days

CT Scan Technician (CT Tech) Responsibilities
- Interpreting the orders provided by the physician or other prescribing medical professional
- Explaining what will happen during the CT scan to patients
- Positioning patients properly to take the necessary images
- Administering IVs that contain contrast dyes to enhance imaging
- Examining images to ensure they’re usable
- Updating patient medical information
- Cleaning and maintaining CT scan equipment
- Keeping inventory of CT scan supplies and making orders for supply restocks as required.

CT Scan Technician (CT Tech) Requirements
- Graduated from a CT program
- ARRT Certificate OR Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTC) in NJ
- BLS required
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a CT Tech
