A-Line is now hiring a CT Tech in Warsaw, IN. The CT Tech would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

CT Tech Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $27.73 to $41.59 per hour
- Healthcare coverage to eligible coworkers with a 0.6 FTE or greater. Benefits are available to full-time employees after 31 days of employment
CT Tech Highlights
- Direct hire with the facility.
- 32 hours per week, flexible Monday through Friday 3pm -11:30pm
- Every 5th or 6th weekend required
- Shift differentials (Weekends: $3.25/hour, Evenings: $3.00/hr, Nights: $4.00/hr
CT Tech Responsibilities
- Operates CT Scanners and performing CT procedures in accordance with department policy and procedures.
- Operates within the "Standards of Ethics" of the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and the "Clinical Practice Standards" established by the American Society of Radiologic Technologist (ASRT).
- Works together with physicians to perform a variety of specialized CT procedures.
- Sets up and adjusts equipment to perform diagnostic procedures.
- Is able to position patients to obtain images of the area of interest, while respecting the patient's ability and comfort.
- Obtains appropriate patient information for the procedure being completed.
- Provides radiation protection to the patient, technologist, and anyone else in the area, utilizing PPE and other guidelines as needed.
- Recognizes emergent situations and activates assistance as needed.
- Assists other areas and shifts as needed.
CT Tech Requirements
- BLS through AHA required
- Licensed with the Indiana State Board of Health.
- CT certification required
- Registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required
- Previous experience in CT preferred, but not required
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of general computer skills and applications.
- Must be able to take calls.
- Demonstrate ability to multi- task and work independently using critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in CT preferred, but not required, or previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability and knowledge of imaging the various anatomical structures. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., 100 lbs.
