Administrator of Home Health Agency (RN) Compensation
- The pay for this position is $57.00 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Mon-Fri (40 hours per week)
- On call required- admin on call where they are third in line to receive a call for clinical and non-clinical support for immediate needs beyond the first line admin and clinical.
- As a home health administrator, you oversee and manage an agency that provides home health services.
- You supervise employees, implement policies, manage executive agency functions, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Home health field and QA
- Clinical oversite as Director of Patient Clinical Services or Administrator of Home Health agency.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
