Call Center Banker Compensation
- The pay for this position is $26.00 an hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Call Center Banker Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is 2nd shift 2:30pm – 10:00pm
Call Center Banker Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with clients by uncovering their financial needs and recommending products and services to meet those needs
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, offering customized financial solutions
- Sell and fulfill banking products including checking/savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans
- Identify client needs that require licensed services and refer to appropriate Bank of America partners
- Provide quotes for rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with banking products and services using available tools
- Utilize technology and processes to enhance client engagement and experience
Call Center Banker Requirements
- Minimum of at least an intermediate level of proficiency with computers
- Experience in the banking/financial industry
- Experience working in a call center
- Experience in telephone sales
- Attendance mandatory for first 90 days
