Call Center Banker Highlights

  • The pay for this position is $24.00-$26.00 per hour.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Onsite position.
  • This position is a direct hire.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to build and deepen relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending the most appropriate products, services, and solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns by providing customized solutions.
  • Sell and fulfill banking products such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans.
  • Identify client needs for licensed sales functions and refer clients to appropriate partners.
  • Provide rate quotes, terms, and program details for banking solutions.
  • Manage risks in all business, product, and service transactions using available tools.

 

Requirements

  • Passion and drive to deliver a positive client experience that improves their financial well-being.
  • Commitment to teamwork and flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, actively share options, build rapport, and manage objections using plain language.
  • Comfort with receiving performance feedback and coaching.
  • Ability to adapt to ongoing changes and learn new technologies and processes.
  • At least intermediate proficiency with computers.
  • Self-motivation and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the banking/financial industry
  • Experience working in a call center
  • Experience in telephone sales
  • Experience with multi-solution customer offerings and bundling services
  • Experience working as a Personal Banker managing high client volume
