Job Description
Call Center Pharmacy Technician openings with a major healthcare company in the Issaquah, WA Area!!!
Compensation:
- New tech: $18.50/hr
- Techs with 2+ years experience: $21.50
- Techs with 5+ years experience: $23.50
- This does not include the $2/hr premium we give to nationally certified technicians. (so $25.50 for Natl Certified, Licensed, experienced with 5+ years)
Hours: 7a-6:15p Mon - Fri; 7:45 - 4:15P on Saturdays and you will work about 2 Saturdays per/month with a day off during the week; No Sundays

- Assists mail order pharmacies by answering phone calls from mail order customers
- Calls include but not limited to general inquiries of using mail order, setting up a web account, prescription requests, and tracking orders
- Assists the pharmacies by answering customer emails and web chats
- Updates patient records on multiple systems
- Prior Authorizations
- Inbound calls regarding order status

Job Requirements
Call Center Pharmacy Technician requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a Pharmacy setting
- Washington State Pharmacy Technician License
- National Certification (CPhT)
