A-Line Staffing is now hiring Call Center Representative in Franklin, TN. The Call Center Representative would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Call Center Representative Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $17.50 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Call Center Representative Highlights

  • Hybrid: Mostly remote with 1-2 days on site a month. Must be willing to come onsite as needed.
  • Onsite for the first 6 months, hybrid after.
  • The required availability for this position is: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Call Center Representative Responsibilities

  • Responds to telephone inquiries and orders from homecare patients and referral sources
  • Verify and reverify insurance coverage
  • Provides information on equipment, supplies and services
  • May assist walk-in patients with the selection of equipment, supplies and services
  • Timely processing/facilitation of patient orders (30%)
  • Processes telephone orders by preparing patient paperwork.
  • Verifies insurance and/or other method of payment.
  • Completes all necessary paperwork in an accurate and efficient manner to facilitate the data entry, accounts receivable and delivery of the order placed.
  • May perform data entry.
  • Distributes copies of paperwork to appropriate personnel
  • May assist with the processing of billing paperwork
  • Effective coordination of patient services/supplies
  • Coordinates the delivery, set-up and pick-up of equipment, supplies and services with appropriate personnel
  • Ensures deliveries and set-ups can be arranged in a timely manner.
  • Appropriate documentation
  • Accurately maintains files of all patient account profile information and referral source data. Customer satisfaction
  • Resolves patient complaints by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action

Call Center Representative Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year call center experience
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and 3rd party vendors is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks
  • Customer service skills with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
