Call Center Representative Compensation
- The pay for this position is $17 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Call Center Representative Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is:
- Day Shift, M-F
- 8 hours
Call Center Representative Responsibilities
- Customer Service Representative work under direct supervision in a call center environment, and are responsible for responding in a timely, professional, and courteous manner to all customer inquiries.
- This includes member and/or provider phone calls or correspondence regarding benefit, eligibility, or customer issues.
- Follows internal processes and procedures to ensure all activities are performed in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures.
Call Center Representative Requirements
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Call center experience
- 1 year experience taking in bound/out bound customer calls
- 1 year prior claims and or customer service experience preferred
- Minimum 45 wpm typing skill preferred
