Care Coordinator (Remote) — Lewisville, TX - Call Holly to apply 586-710-7980
Location: Remote (Lewisville, TX)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week. Assigned 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM CST. Training is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST for 4–6 weeks (camera required).

Summary
Hiring a remote Care Coordinator to support patient assistance and referral workflows. This Care Coordinator role includes inbound/outbound calls, CRM documentation, patient status updates, and follow-up outreach. Candidates with call center experience, healthcare support, insurance benefits knowledge, or pharmacy operations exposure are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Create and update referrals/applications in CRM systems
- Respond to patient questions about their case status and next steps
- Document accurately in proprietary software during live calls
- Place outbound calls for follow-ups and confirmations
- Maintain quality, professionalism, and detailed documentation
- Work efficiently in a metrics-driven, high-volume environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (required)
- 2–4 years customer-facing experience (preferred)
- Strong computer skills, data entry, and Microsoft Office experience
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Remote readiness: private workspace and hardwired broadband internet (no WiFi/cellular/satellite)
