Care Coordinator (Patient Access) — Remote

Location: Remote (must have eligible hardwired high-speed internet)
Pay: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week

• Must be flexible to work Mon–Fri between 7:00 AM–8:00 PM CST
• Training: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (mandatory on-camera attendance)

Overview:
Hiring Care Coordinators for a high-volume patient access call center environment. This role is heavily phone-based and focused on accurate data entry, resolving patient/provider questions, processing referrals/applications, and keeping cases moving quickly and correctly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and determine caller needs fast
• Provide one-call resolution when possible and complete follow-ups as needed
• Create/complete referrals and applications; keep up with policy/procedure changes
• Investigate and resolve patient/provider inquiries
• Enter detailed information into systems while on the phone
• Place outbound calls for follow-ups/confirmations and case progression
• Maintain quality, empathy, and urgency while managing multiple priorities

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent work experience)
• Call center/customer service experience preferred (heavy phones strongly preferred)
• Strong typing/data entry and ability to document while talking
• Comfort working in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
• Reliable, quiet, private work-from-home setup with hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi/satellite/cellular)
