A-Line Staffing is now hiring HYBRID Care Management Associates in Maricopa County, AZ. The Care Management Associate would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Care Management Associate Compensation
- The pay for this position is $18.34 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Care Management Associate Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
- This position is almost entirely WFH/Remote! Mandatory onsite quarterly meetings occur every 3 months.
Care Management Associate Responsibilities
- Process intake of services via email
- Researches member eligibility information, if eligible will communicate with enrollment team to ensure member is loaded in our system correctly. Researches PCP and updates our system
- Requests additional records for case managers if needed
- Protects the confidentiality of member information and adheres to company policies
Care Management Associate Requirements
- Must reside in Maricopa County and have no problem with commuting to Phoenix as needed
- 2+ years related experience (care management, medicare enrollment)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and care management
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
