Healthcare Call Center Compensation
- The pay for this position is $18.34 per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required availability for this position is Training will be 8am to 5pm for 3 weeks - candidate must be committed to not missing any days within the first 3 weeks.
- Will need to be onsite first day to pick up equipment, training will be virtual.
- This position will be dealing with overly sensitive and confidential information.
- Case management and discharge planning experience
- call center experience
- Preferred strong customer service skills.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
