Case Manager (Patient Access / Hub Services) — Remote

Location: Remote (must have eligible hardwired high-speed internet)
Pay: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week

• Must be flexible to work Mon–Fri between 7:00 AM–8:00 PM CST
• Training: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (mandatory attendance)

Overview:
Hiring Case Managers (Patient Access / Hub Services) to support patients and provider offices with benefit verification, prior authorization support, appeals assistance, and coordination through the medication access process. This is a high-touch role with phone work and detailed documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound/outbound calls with a focus on one-call resolution
• Complete benefit verification and coordinate with providers, specialty pharmacies, and payers
• Support prior authorizations and appeals requirements/outcomes
• Educate patients on coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and next steps
• Process enrollments (fax/phone/electronic) and review documentation for completeness
• Enter detailed data into systems while on calls; maintain accurate case documentation

Requirements:

• 2–4 years patient-facing/high-touch customer support experience preferred
• Hub/patient support services experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/commercial coverage helpful
• Strong data entry/computer skills (MS Office)
• Reliable, quiet, private work-from-home setup with hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi/satellite/cellular)
