Case Manager RN Compensation

• The pay for this position is $35.95 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Case Manager RN Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Case Manager RN Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members’ needs and eligibility using clinical tools and data review
• Evaluate member benefit plans and available internal/external services to determine case resolution approach
• Apply criteria, guidelines, and case management plans to ensure appropriate administration of benefits
• Utilize case management and quality management processes in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Promote optimal, cost-effective outcomes through planning, facilitation, and advocacy

Case Manager RN Requirements

• RN with current unrestricted state licensure
• Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience (hospital, home health, or ambulatory care)
• Experience in healthcare and/or managed care industry
• Proficiency in computer skills including navigating multiple systems and keyboarding
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform sedentary work including extended periods of sitting, phone use, and computer work
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Case Manager RN Preferred Qualifications

• Case Management Certification (CCM)
• Case management experience
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and productivity expectations in office environments
