2ND SHIFT CASE PICKER (ELECTRIC PALLET JACK) | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Redlands, CA – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $19.50/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (2nd shift)
2ND SHIFT CASE PICKER (ELECTRIC PALLET JACK) | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The 2nd Shift Case Picker will pick cases accurately using pick tickets/labels and handheld scanners (RF), while safely operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) in a warehouse/distribution environment.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
2ND SHIFT CASE PICKER (ELECTRIC PALLET JACK) | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pick cases accurately by reading pick tickets/labels and following order requirements
- Use handheld scanners/RF devices to scan product and complete picks
- Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to move product through the picking process
- Maintain basic records/inventory documentation as needed
- Follow SOPs, quality guidelines, and safety requirements in a warehouse setting
2ND SHIFT CASE PICKER (ELECTRIC PALLET JACK) | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
- Equipment Experience (Required): 2+ years operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
- Warehouse Skills (Required): Effective/accurate case picking experience
- RF/Scanning (Required): Comfortable reading pick tickets/labels and using handheld scanners/RF devices (must be shown on resume)
- PPE: Safety shoes required
- Physical: Ability to perform physical warehouse work (standing/walking/bending; may lift/move 50+ lbs)
