Job Title: CAT Scan Tech

Location: Morristown NJ 07960

Schedule: Mon-Thursday 9pm-7am overnight and Fri-Mon 10pm-8am overnight

Hours per week: 40

Pay: $78.00 - $80.00 per hour

Scheduled Pay: Bi-Weekly

CAT Scan Technician Responsibilities

· Interpreting the orders provided by the physician or other prescribing medical professional

· Explaining what will happen during the CT scan to patients

· Positioning patients properly to take the necessary images

· Administering IVs that contain contrast dyes to enhance imaging

· Examining images to ensure they’re usable

· Updating patient medical information

· Cleaning and maintaining CT scan equipment

· Keeping inventory of CT scan supplies and making orders for supply restocks as required.

CT Tech Requirements

• CT Registered in the state of NJ
• CPR required
• Minimum 1 year experience working as a Registered CAT Scan Tech
