Cath Lab Tech (Licensed Radiological Technologist)
Job Description
A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Cath Lab Tech in Pompton Plains, NJ, 07444. The Cath Lab Tech would be working for a Major Healthcare System and has career growth potential.
Highlights:
- Schedule: This 4 days/wk Monday-Friday with 10 hour shifts & and on call 12-14 shifts per month
- This will be a 12-week contract with potential to extend
- Pay Range: $58 - $60 Hourly (plus mileage reimbursement)
Cath Lab Tech Responsibilities:
- Prepare and prep for cardiac caths, PCI (STEMI ) and other procedures such as peripheral vascular, pacemaker, interventional radiology procedures, etc.
- Able to monitor, document and calculate hemodynamic data
- Provide procedural assistance to physician, pre, intra and post procedure
- Assess and manage access site, and inform physician
- Adhere to On call protocol for Cath lab
- Prepare patient for procedures
Cath Lab Tech Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist
- Cardiac Cath lab experience required
- BLS, ACLS & IABP required
- Must be FLU and Covid Vaccinated
Cath Lab Tech Preferred Qualifications:
- RCIS certification HIGHLY preferred
