Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $24+ per hour based on experience
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

  • The required availability for this position is:
    • varied shifts w/ every other weekend holidays

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

·         The Certified Nursing Assistant provides routine resident care and support services in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the nurse or physician to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be always provided.

·         You will partner with the patient and his or her family, along with a diverse roster of therapists and counselors to help the patient return home with as much independence as possible

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements

  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • Six 6 months of experience as an Aide Trainee or one year of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients/residents and graduation from high school or equivalent.
  • Resources assigned to these positions in a Long-Term Care Unit must be registered and certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Health as having met the competency requirements for performing nurse aide work.
