Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)-{171504}
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19154
Pay: $25/hr.
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 2:00pm-10:30pm
Overview
You’ll support veteran residents in a long-term care environment, helping with daily care needs and partnering closely with the nursing team to maintain resident comfort, safety, and dignity.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding as needed)
- Support safe transfers/ambulation (gait belt, lifts as trained), repositioning, and fall prevention
- Take and document vital signs, intake/output as assigned, and report any changes to the nurse
- Provide resident-focused care with patience and professionalism (memory care behaviors/support as applicable)
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection prevention practices
Job Requirements
Requirements
· Active CNA license for the state of PA
· High School Diploma or GED
· CPR or BLS certification
