Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Compensation

• The pay for this position is 30.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is 2nd shift 3pm-11;00pm rotating weekend

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

• This is non-professional nursing work in the care of patients/residents and their quarters in a hospital, infirmary, and long-term care unit, or a domiciliary care unit. A resource performs non-professional nursing services in the direct and daily care and rehabilitation of ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients/residents and the maintenance of their quarters.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements

• One year of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients/residents; and graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Resources assigned to these positions in a Long-Term Care Unit must be registered and certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Health as having met the competency requirements for performing nurse aide work.
• Proficient computer skills to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office products
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
