Title: Change Management Consultant
Location: San Diego, CA (3-days remote, 2-days onsite)
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8AM – 5PM PST

We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to join our team on a contract basis to set change management strategy and implement it for a large internal service. The Change Management Consultant will support software implementation projects affecting multiple functional areas. This includes both collaborating with stakeholders and reviewing processes and project documentation to assess the impact of the change, developing communication and training plans, and managing change processes to ensure a successful implementation and adoption.
Position Requirements:
- Strong prior change management and project/program management experience
- A strong service and support orientation
- Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required
